CUI’s Lithotripsy Professional Certification examination is offered to any lithotripsy professional who wishes to be recognized as a Certified Lithotripsy Professional. This three-year certification has become an industry standard of excellence for those delivering Lithotripsy services.
CUI believes that the Lithotripsy Technologist is critical to the successful outcome that urologists try to provide for their SWL patients. To that end, the CUI Certification is only available to those with documented experience in performing SWL cases and who satisfactorily pass the Certification Exam.
The process for becoming a Certified Lithotripsy Professional is simple:
Submit a letter from the Medical Director of your lithotripsy center and pay the application fee.
Study the CUI Training Manual and take the certification exam at an announced site.
